Oil cooler fan... Empty
PostSubject: Oil cooler fan...   Oil cooler fan... Icon_minitimeSat 13 Jul 2013, 18:49

My oil cooler has a thermostatically controlled fan set to turn on at 185 degrees.I installed a by pass switch in case the thermostat went bad.. Well, I think it DID ! I've been told that them thangs NEVER go bad... must be a "ground" issue.

Anybody have any experience with these thermostatically controlled switches ?

A new one is less than $40, but if I don't hafta buy a new one....
